That looks like a scratch to me but even if it is a crack you have to consider the fact that the guys posting these vids are home hobbyists working on their own guns so is there a defect in the gun or did he cause the damage himself? Lots of machinery gets damaged very often by hands that should be left in pockets.

That’s totally understandable. For me, I know for a fact that my P10C has less than 300 rounds and has never been taken apart before until i purchased it. I’m a somewhat handy guy and dont “brute force” things, but i can confirm mine does in fact have those cracks, which ill try to post later on. Not saying it’s a wide spread issue or even something to worry about but i did get that sinking stomach feeling seeing a crack in the first place. Regardless, I love my P10C and dont think ill ever get rid of it, especially since im in CA and had to pay a bleep premium to even get it.

I dont think ill ever get rid of my P10C and P07 honestly. They feel great in the hand. I just hope i never need any warranty service on any part of the frame since i wont be able to get it back, due to being in CA. I dont doubt the quality of the polymer, but hope it never fails me for the folllowing decades to come due to knowing that I can never get it warrantied ever.

A little old theme but it's true that when it comes to videos posted by home hobbyists, it's important to consider various factors. Damage can sometimes be caused by user error rather than a defect in the gun itself. It's always a good idea to be cautious when interpreting such videos. You can check here if you're looking for reliable gun parts or frames. They have a great selection. Remember, proper handling and care are key to keeping our firearms in top shape. Stay safe and happy shooting!

It's cool to see your post from a couple of years ago about your observations with CZ polymer frames. Exploring the differences between CZ and Glock polymer frames is a natural part of getting into the CZ pistol world.

Your insights into frame rigidity and flexibility are interesting. Polymer frames indeed have their unique characteristics. While discussions might have evolved since then, considering factors like frame cracking is always important.

Being able to seperate fact from fiction should also be natural but some struggle with it. There hasn't been a single real complaint that I've seen on this forum or any other that factually shows a CZ polymer frame cracked. Some early talk about cracks around trigger pin holes I think but that went nowhere.
Have not seen a complaint about any other brands having such issues either.
