Congratulations on being a CZ52 owner!
1. You should test the decocker with a pencil inserted into the barrel eraser head against the back breach wall (no ammo), cock it, hold the barrel vertical and engage the decocker. If the pencil jumps even a little..then you cannot trust your decocker.
2. Be ware of using surplus eastern European ammo as it can leave an acidic residue. The original field instructions for soldiers carrying one was to first wash the barrel with water before regular cleaning to remove the acid residue before cleaning.
3. If you research further threads here (use the SEARCH feature while in the appropriate sub-forum) you will see recommendations regarding the roller blocks and maintenance as well as information on the firing pins.
