Impressed with CZ customs

I have to say the customer service at CZ customs is top notch.

I ordered a small order from them when a computer glitch showed some parts i have been waiting for came back into stock.

I made my order and come to find out that parts were not in stock so they cancelled the order with no problem to me.

well forward a couple days later i got a email that said they made a mistake and were going to send me my parts free of charge.

I will continue to use them for any other upcoming orders as the way they treated a guy like me with a tiny order is just great.

Good job to all you guys at CZ custom.

In the past, I've gotten good service from CZC. I emailed them on Monday, asking for a price for some work on my Shadow, and they've not communicated back. I'm a little disappointed.

I have had extensive work done by CZ Custom on two pistols (P-10 C OR and a PCR) and have been very pleased. 

Good interaction on what I wanted to have done, received some guidance on what would work best, and the workmanship was top drawer.

You will not go wrong there.
