I am questioning using a Sig Romeo 5 (in normal/high mount) with standard magpul mbus.  Will this set-up work?  Can it be zeroed?  I see there is a drastic difference in height from the stock irons to the MBUS.  I plan on zero of 25 yards (max indoor range length, and max open clear space in my house).  Will the Romeo have enough movement to drop that low?  Will the mbus have enough movement to drop that low?  Looking for real world experience.  I am not opposed to buying a low mount, but once I do that I am increasing the overall price of optic and mount, I could look at other options in the same price range.

I have a Romeo 5 with high mount on my Scorpion Carbine with standard MBUS. I zero'd at 25 yards and absolute cowitness when my MBUS are up...

I have the Romeo 5 on my pistol and have it set at 25 yards with not problem.

Was thinking on the Romeo as well but hate the magpul sights looking for the original set for my carbine

I run the Romeo 5 mounted directly to the rail.  Paired with the factory sights it provides a nice cowitness and works perfect with the factory stock.
