I’m new to the forum, but have owned a Pre B CZ 85 for years. Even though there are little inconsistencies between the 2, the overall frame should be the exact same for a holster fit between the 75B and 85B. I just bought a Fobus that says Cz 75 on the outside of the shell, but fits my Cz 85 like a glove. I’m trying to return it though as I’m concerned the tension in the mold to keep the pistol housed will scrape my new finish. I hope this helps.
