Great experience with CZ Custom

Just bought a CZ Shadow with CZC’s optic cut and plate.

Very smooth process and had it shipped as soon as My FFL provided necessary information.

I’m posting this because there has been some chatter on the forum in regards to difficulties reaching customer service or other communication problems. Had me a little worried.

All I can say is, when I reached out via email in regards to a small problem, they responded within seconds and immediately took care of the issue.  I live on the east coast, so I just had to wait the 3-hour time difference.

Great product and as far as I’m concerned, good service.

Just my .02 cents: I only have great things to say about CZ Custom. Many purchases and services: Stuart and the gang have always been ultra responsive to my emails and phone calls. CZC is my go to for any and all things CZ!

I’ve always had positive experiences with CZC.  I’ve bought three pistols from them, thousands of dollars worth of parts, and had four pistols given love by them, and I’m very pleased with CZC.
