PCR in IDPA

Took my PCR out for a spin in a local IDPA match in CCP division and had a hoot.  While I previously shot this gun, it’s been limited for various reasons & I’ve not shot it in a match yet.  What a fool I’ve been.

The PCR shot like a dream, quick in presentation, sights quickly aligning, trigger ( thanks to CGW!) superbly smooth and light.  I’ll be shooting this more and more this season for sure.  Any issues were mine- not the gun.

Am deciding what gun to shoot this season- last season was my SIG P320 in SSP.  Previous season was my P10c in SSP.  Think the PCR may become this season’s gun.

It ran like a top w/ my reloads- knowing the tight chamber reputation CZs have -was slightly concerned, but had zero issues.

PCR on top, P01 Omega on bottom- both Cajunized.  I used the P01 Omega in a season a few years ago also to good effect.

Satin hard chrome.  CGW facilitated the refinish.  Very happy with how it turned out.  Bought it used- had some wear, but it’s “bones” were good to upgrade.

CGW put their pro pkg, installed CZ custom sights ( straight 8 style) and refinished in satin hard chrome
