Bought a SIG P320c in 45 ACP
« on: August 26, 2022, 01:20:00 PM »
And it’s now awaiting the state to declare I’m a good guy before I can pick it up…….

I’ve been through many polymer striker guns- XD, Glock, Walther, M&P, SIG & CZ.  Of those the SIG P320 series and CZ P10 series work best for me.  I no longer have the XD, Glocks nor Walther.  They are not bad guns, rather the SIG and CZ simply work better for me.

I wanted a compact/ commander sized 45 striker gun.  Went with the SIG as they are now available again ( suspect they ran a batch earlier this year).   Another reason is our state recently adopted a 10 rd mag restriction, so the 45 made sense.

Now had CZ made the P10c in 45, then I’d have a nice 1st world dilemma……….Seriously, suspect I’d have leaned toward the CZ, given my success w/ the P10.

Curious why they went with the full size for the 45 and not the compact.  I always thought the compact size was the “Goldilocks “ - large enough to manipulate and shoot well, small enough to carry.

Anyway, am now in the search for a OWB holster, add’l mags and mag carriers as I’ll want to use it in my IDPA and ASI games.
Like a midget at a urinal, I'll have to keep on my toes
