Last Tuesday I grilled 290 3/4" ribeye steaks for our plant and office staff. It's taken me until today to even be able to look at a piece of red meat, lol. I just happen to have a 7 lb. prime rib seasoned up, ready for the smoker tomorrow  :P

I’d tell you to delegate, but I’ve seen what some of my guys can do to a decent piece of meat with a grill. HR understood why I wanted to write them up, but no go. /joke
