CZ Sharptail 16 Gauge

New to this board, I’m new to CZ. I bought an “as new” 16 gauge Sharptail yesterday. I need a one inch pad to increase lop. Gun will be used mainly for shooting sports, it’s been a killer, previous owner shot grouse/pheasant with it, very low round count.
Any suggestions for a pad, either ready to install or grind to fit? Thanks!
