CZ Stock/Brace conversion

Convert the stock to a brace?  IOW - can you pull off the rear telescoping portion of the stock, and install this, then put on the tailhook, and you are a pistol?  Thanks.

No.  If the gun was built and registered as a rifle (ie it had a stock), it may never be re-made into a pistol.

If it started life as a pistol, and you added a brace, it might have remained a pistol .... except for the new ATF rule that is about to publish that wants to redefine braces as stocks.
