I’ll back up TDogg.
It gets confusing but the Shadow 2 is built on a different frame than yours. The Shadow2’s frame is a bit wider and a little longer. Some of their parts like slide stops, recoil guide rods and safeties are a little different. I just went through the same thing as you with a SO-01 Shadow 1 that is built on the same frame as yours but without the firing pin safety.
If you are on Cajun’s or CGW and look for parts by model, you can select CZ75 B SP-01 and it will filter to parts that will work.
You are not going to damage the weapon shooting, store bought ammunition such as CCI 115 grain but I would echo TDogg in using Cajun’s tutorial to make sure you aren’t going to batter the frame. I’d steer clear of NATO spec ammo, +P and Winchester’s new military loading until you can figure the weapon out and tailor to your application. It’s not really set up for hotter loadings. I also don’t know if the installed a longer firing pin in conjunction with the lighter hammer spring. May not like hard primer cups.
If you are new to CZ’s I’d also venture over to the Ammo/reloading section for information on ammo choices and “plunk testing.” Some CZ’s have short leades or freebore. You have to be careful with some projectiles.
