TSO Discontinued?
« on: January 25, 2023, 05:07:00 PM »
Looks like the Tactical Sport Orange has been discontinued on the CZ website, am guessing it's replaced by the new TS2 Orange...?  Can't find a lot of details on the TS2 Orange and what the differences would be from the TSO (which I absolutely love).

Interesting.  So will they become collector items?

Yes, TS series being replaced by TS2 Series. I prefer the TS2. Plenty of videos and info out on the web. Can check CZ media and just youtube and stuff in general. Don't have a link handy or I'd give one.

I doubt that they will become collectors items since the current generation offers more features. They finally decided to make bull barrels for this platform.

I don't know if I would rule them out yet.  CZ has been known to list many of their models as 'discontinued' only to bring them back with a few upgrades and a new SKU number.

I can't say for certain that this is the case, but many people still prefer the older CZ 75 model.

Recently CZ has been coming out with so many variations of the newer CZ Tactical Sport model that it might have finally pushed the older model into retirement. Who knows?

I still love my two original Tactical Sports, have thousands of rounds through them with no issues.  But the new products replace older ones, so I buy a few spare parts that are going to go away.  Will probably not upgrade, but I do like the way the new ones feel in my hand.  Always remember "This too shall pass" as all things do.
