The big problem is that most iron sight makers are American based, due to numerous years of CZ embargo trade laws none of the major companies have anything decent to offer. The only avenue is taking a CZ ring scope base and reattaching a blank Weaver base, once done you can easily attach any micro-metered rear sight.
I strongly feel that if CZ would offer such a sight it would sell like hot-cakes & assure extreme accuracy which these rifles are easily capable of.
