The rifle seems to like that 175 grain combo more than others.

Are you going to try to duplicate it for reloads or buy the factory ammo?

How are you controlling/attempting to control the bipod bouncing on the table?

I have a bipod on an M1A.  I've tried holding the left leg with my left hand and pulling downwards to the rear, I've tried grabbing the sling right under the bipod and pulling downwards and neither works as well as a good sling supported firing position. 

With the bipod it doesn't stay in the same spot but with the sling it comes back to the same spot.

Maybe, with the bolt action it's not as noticeable as you're working the bolt between shots anyway.  I used to groundhog hunt with a bipod on my M700 VS .223 many years ago.  I never noticed that bounce when the rifle went off but it was a heavy bolt action .223, so not much recoil and like you, I was working the bolt between shots anyway.  Well, didn't make many 2nd shots if I did what I was supposed to do.  With that rifle/load if I missed it was my fault for doing something wrong.

How far out do you plan to take that rifle/load?

Seems to like both ends of the bullet weight spectrum. I tend to do a bit of varmint hunting, your 110 V-Max load looks like it would do the trick.

Sorry, been gone with personal issues.
The bipod gives better stability when I "lean" the rifle forward into it. Sticks better, too. However, the new shooting mat I have, has little pockets for bipod legs to better keep them down, and I will find out how well that works next time i have the time to get out to the range. Also going to get a rear bag.
I have more loads to try out, too...time is always in too short supply!
