RS Regulate Rail

For their side rail :  does it go on from the rear or can you stick it on from the side?  I have a rear sling mount.

AFAIK it slides on from the rear.

Thanks.  So to keep my folding (left) stock and sling mount I’ll have to stick with a MI AK rail.

I would just run a QD sling mount and unhook my QD sling if I really wanted an RS Regulate mount.  They have no slot interface like AK rails, they're just clamp on attachment AFAIK; hence, the slide requirement.

After getting a right side folder for mine, I found the casted sling loop interferes with my RS mount removal :-\ Always something...
