I have a 527 in 223 and am interested in a 527 Varmint in 204. What kind of accuracy are you getting out of yours? Can you see the impact in the scope? I want to see the red mist when hunting ground squirrels!
If you have more than one brand of 204, which do you like best? I like my 223 but need another rifle to shoot while the barrel cools down. I find that I can see the impact in the scope if I hold my shoulder strap down tight in my shooting sticks. I'm hoping the heavier rifle in a smaller caliber will be even better.
