I know Cabela's carries it in it retail stores (at least the Kansas City, Kansas store).  I have not seen it in the catalog or on the the Cabela's web site.  It was S&B and Norma ammo I saw in the store.

S and B as well as Norma imports ammo to the states. I believe that there is also one South African company that imports it here. Componets are easy to get if you reload. Graf and Son has there own headstamp on brass for this caliber and it is reasonably priced. There is a suprisingly good selection of bullets. I am currently loading a Nosler 250 grain bullet.

Loaded ammo from Norma, RWS and S&B is available in the States, maybe others, too.  Several distributors carry it and you can get it retail from Graf & Sons and can order directly from S&B, I believe.  Several catalogs, like Cheaper Than Dirt, carry lots of S&B stuff, but I'm not sure if they have 9.3x62.  Brass can be had from Norma, RWS, Graf & Sons and I think even Lapua.  Bullets can be had from Barnes, Speer, Lapua, Norma, Nosler, RWS and others.  Traditional bullet weight is 286 grains but you can go as light as the 232 grain from Norma, which, BTW, works great in my 9.3x57 rifles.  Good shooting!  9.3mm is a great caliber, in whatever cartridge you have it.  Hope this helps a little.
