If you're looking for an exact rate of reduction it doesn't exist. These are service grade guns with service grade actions and tolerances. You can reduce the hammer spring rate and it will reduce the da pull a bit and lighten the sa pull some. The exact amount can vary between multiple guns. If you have a trigger pull scale you can test the before and after effect on your particular gun for the exact reduction.
If your looking for GREAT improvements by just changing a single spring you may be disappointed. The best improvements come from polishing, tuning and the addition of some key parts such as hammer and trigger springs and a new hammer from places like CZ Custom or Cajun Gun Works.

As mentioned the rate of reduction is going to be minimal dropping the hammer spring from 20lbs to 15lbs.  You may also get ignition issues as well.  You will get more impact by installing an extended firing pin and a 13lb main spring.  That is the typical route for ensuring reliability and lowering the trigger pull weight.

To each their own, but I wouldn't shy away from polishing and the sear cage assembly.  It is not as difficult as folks make it out.  This assumes a you have a little hands on ability/aptitude.  If not then by all means pass but as mentioned the most beneficial mods include the short reset kit and hammer both of which require sear cage disassembly.

Cheers,
Toby

You can do a lot of mods and get a much better trigger without ever disassembling the sear cage. Use a slave pin and it will come out as one unit.

I have the P01 omega and the only thing I did with mine was an extended firing pin and got some main springs to try.  I think they were the 15, 13, and 11 pound.  The 11 would not fire most of my reloads because the primers were too hard.  The 13 is what I run in it and the trigger is great for me.  The 15 was a little too hard to pull for me.  This is not my carry gun.  Just a range gun.  I get maybe one out of 100 that won't fire but will fire when I pull the trigger in double action.  I would not go less than 15 if it was a carry gun.  The 13 pound gives me a 4 # single action and a tolerable double action.
