hi all open for suggestions,on which scope to use on my cz452 standard,i was going to put Leupold rifleman3x9x40 but after looking around on the net simmons and bushnell seem to be the go they are cheap to compared to Australia prices, like some cz users tell me what they are using and what they think ,the shooting i will be doing will be rabbits and foxes feral cats mainly at  night in a back of  a Ute with a spotlight so it will be close 50yards to 100yards  price range $US200 thanks stan.

Hi Mahipal,

I never tried their scopes but heard only positive comments about them, how do you like them?

Mahipal:
Meopta riflescopes are an excellent choice if you compare prices w/ other european brands. I discovered these fine scopes while visiting the Czech Republic almost 9 years ago and they are excellent. I now own 3 Artemis (had 4 but sold 1) and the only complaint I have is their weight since, back then,  they were made out of steel. Now with the new Meostar  aluminum tubes this have been taken care of. You will not regret to get a Meopta unit.
Rgds,

Hi Mahipal:
I don't know were to get a good deal on Meopta at this time.
The ones I have were purchased many years ago when they were not so well known and the price was about 40% less than the top brands. Nowdays, Meopta have improved their manufacturing facilities, added aluminum tubes and is a much higher demand for their rifle scopes. Here in the US, their prices for the new MeoStar is up, getting close to the other
top European brands.
There are many that advertise this fine product in different
Web Sites such as SWAF, Optics world, Cabela, etc.
Just shop around and see who offers >: the best deal.
Regards,
Petersenior
