What custom finish is this?

Anyone know what this is? The first two seem to be the same gun with different grips but the last one seems a little different. May be just the lighting?

Any idea on pricing for this?

What are the pros/cons of this type of finish?

All 3 look like the master blue service from Fords in Florida. I recognize the first and last pictures as they are what led me to send my smith model 28 down there. The finish does not disappoint. It ran me about $600 altogether.
