Is this suppressed Scorpion package a factory offering or something that perhaps Arms Unlimited put together?

One of the factory (CZ-USA) LE packages. Though lots are changing with those due to the 3+ which is why you may see them in other non LE channels.

There are a lot of skus that rarely show up on the commercial side.

Sorry, I'm not understanding what this means.  Would you please elaborate?

Scorpion 3+ has replaced earlier models of scorpions in the U.S. So "lots of changes" refers to the replacement of earlier EVO versions with the 3+ as active current production items.

Thanks for the information guys.  It seems like a cool package, but I just don't see how they get to over $2,000.  Am I missing something?

It’s setup for direct LE sales. Departments love turn key packages and the price is usually not the primary consideration. I’d guess this was originally offered direct through the CZ law enforcement program. This looks like a secondary distributor. For the average Joe this is a 2 tax stamp unit: SBR and suppressor. I’ve never dealt with Arms Unlimited but I’m surprised they don’t have all kinds of Notices. I put it in my cart and still didn’t get any info on this being an NFA regulated item. This alone is a big red flag on the dealer for me.

Arms Unlimited is good to go.  I've purchased a number of firearms from them over the years.  For some reason, they have a special connection with Colt that allows them to get items that are not available elsewhere.  For example, I purchased a Colt factory 9mm AR15 receiver set in tiger stripe camo.  Colt never actually made complete 9mm AR15's in this camo pattern, but Arms Unlimited was able to get the receiver sets after they scrapped the project.  Currently, I have a Colt M5 factory SBR on order from them.  It just shipped to my dealer yesterday.  They are the only company that I could find selling the factory SBR M5.  I have not been able to find this package available elsewhere, so perhaps they have a special connection with CZ as well.
