A couple of years ago, I acquired a Kadet conversion kit in excellent condition. The factory test target indicates it was tested at the factory on May 23rd, 1996. I have owned many Kadet conversion units over the years, and still own several, but this is the earliest production Kadet conversion I have yet seen. The earliest review of a Kadet conversion that I have been able to find appeared in a British shooting magazine some time in 1997. So I'm looking for some real experts on the Kadet unit who can tell me when CZ started production of the Kadet conversion unit, and when they started arriving for sale here in the United States.
