I am new to the forum and new to CZ. Just bought my wife a CZ 720 G2. The first round fired the hammer broke. I sent it back and they replaced it. She previously had a REM 1100. We are trying to get this gun to cycle 3 shells. Put the first shell in the barrel, two more in the mag tube, press the black button at the back of the loading ramp to move the next shell into ready position. The gun will fire 2 rounds by pulling the trigger twice but the third shell stays in the mag tube. Are we missing something to make it go bang 3-5 times?
The gun was new but didn't come with a plug. I asked for the plug to be placed in the box when I sent it back for the hammer but instead, they installed it in the mag tube. How do I get the mag spring retaining cup out to remove the plug? She is turkey hunting and allowed 5 shells.
