Is CZCustom.com going out of business????

I have purchased two outstanding custom CZs from CZCustom.com in Mesa, Arizona.  My CZ75 SP01 that they sold me in 2016 that they customized is the most accurate pistol I have ever shot.  I simply needed the barrel bushing wrench to remove the screw type bushing they used.  I had a wrench but lost it.  They have it pictured on their web site so I ordered it.  They sent me one that is in a bag that has the correct item number on the bag, but the actual wrench inside the bag is another model.  It was mis-bagged.  I have been telephoning and emailing them but I get no response.  My emails are returned saying non deliverable.  I keep getting the recording when I telephone and have left messages with no response, and no one answers the phone.  Anyone have any ideas?  This is the wrench I need. https://czcustom.com/accu-shadow-bushing-wrench-stainless.html .  I know it says it is out of stock but when I originally ordered it, they said they had it.  The one they sent me was in a bag that had the correct item number on it but contained this wrench. https://czcustom.com/accu-shadow-bushing-wrench-thic.html .  Anyone have any ideas what is going on with them or where else I could go to get this wrench?

I can print one if I had a drawing or model of the part.  I designed and printed a spare bushing wrench for my Accushadow 2 to throw in the pistol sleeve I keep the pistol in so when I take that to the range I have the bushing wrench with me (vs the original in my competition range bag).  It is a filled nylon and very robust and also wont scratch the pistol while in the sleeve.

Yes, I think that is the one I need.  Here it is on your site.  https://czcustom.com/accu-shadow-bushing-wrench-stainless.html .  I ordered part number 10513.  The one I received was inside a bag with the label 10513, but the wrench inside the bag is part number 10535, based on the pics.  Gen 1 is the one I need.  Thanks for replying.  Love your custom work.  What do I need to do?

Hey John.  I checked with our lead gunsmith and the wrench you have should work with the Gen 1 bushing. it should still depress the plug so you can turn the bushing.

The problem is the guide rod will not depress along with the ring.  I have sent an email with photos to show you what I am talking about.  You have to only depress with ring around the guide rod to allow the bushing to rotate.  The hump in the older rod I lost would do this.  I also sent pics of the wrench you sent showing the problem.  Thanks.  I would post pics here but cant figure out how.

the pictures help a lot.
that model ACCU has extended barrel and uses the gen 1 thick wrench. has standoff to allow the guide rod to clear. I will let the shipping/parts folks know.
