Hehe…beaver tail

That's what caught my eyes when I saw the pictures in the on line ad.  I didn't realize it was an Omega at first.

That's also the reason I'll struggle to put it in the safe and leave it alone.  Sure does look good to me.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

I heart beaver tails.

The regular CZ75B and CZ75 Compact don't bother my hand and all.

It's just the look of the upswept beavertail.

My youngest son has that CZ75 SA 9MM and I have a picture of it in the series of guns I set up for my screen saver.  Every time that SA pops up my eyes are drawn to that upswept beavertail.  Every time.  Just like my hand makes my mind think/feel like the P01 is the best feeling CZ in my hand the upswept beavertail is the best looking frame on the CZ75 frame.

Can't help it.

Did I have that backwards?

Were all the CZ75B Omega pistols safety models and no decocker models were made?

Not saying Wikipedia is always right or true but I was looking at something else and there is says the Omega CZ75B's were all safety models (single left side safety lever.)

CZ 75B Omegas were produced as SKU 91135 and SKU 91136... 35 was the older non-convertible version that came with a safety. 36 is the convertible model that comes with both decocker and safety hardware so the owner can configure the gun as desired.

So I did have it backwards.  I thought the previous non convertible pistols I'd seen were decocker models.

Thanks for the info.  I've been wrong about that for years.

Okay though as I prefer the safety anyway.

Me too, I’m a thumb safety guy.
