This past weekend I took my stepson (20 yrs old) to the local club for him to shoot a rifle for the first time (he has been shooting my blackhawk and cz100 on the pistol range but never a rifle (not even a BB gun)
we rented one of the ranges CZ 527's in .223 The thing was beautiful (scoped) he was really sceptical about 100 meters but it was what we had. I showed him how to load and then fired one round. he got on the bench and ran a 4 inch group. he also nocked the x out for the target... needless to say he now loves the cz527 and loves to shoot rifle... Guess my range costs have just gone up.......
