Is the CZ 600 recall over?

Is the CZ 600 recall over?  IOW, are new CZ 600s post-recall and don't have that issue?  I assume the barrel interchangeability is a thing of the past, correct?

 Yes, all the ones that have been shipping for quite some time are fine and have no issues, but no more quick change barrel.

Is it still just locktited down and no warranty if the screws are removed or is the action changed to remove the feature all together?

 No change in the action, believe just locktite. Not sure about the warranty question.
