howdy guys i fairley new to cz  can u tell me what does the marking she 90 on the cz83 mean?

Welcome.  Since the 1930s, European military arms manufacturers use alpha-numeric codes to show where the weapon was manufactured. i.e. "ac" Walther, "byf" Mauser, "cyq" Spreewerk - all genrerally followed by teh last two digits of the year.  "she" is for UB (Uhersky Brod) the Czech government arsenal
