CZ 527 Varmint

CZ 527 Varmint in 223 with a Matt finish, did CZ make this? Or was this refinished?

I have a 527 Varmint in 223 that was purchased new I believe it was made in 2014 and has a course matte finish. There really isn't any mistaking this one from the normal higher polished CZ 527 blue finish. The matte is quite a bit rougher and duller almost a flat black finish. Still shoots well though.
