I'm totally new to doing these forums, but I am at a loss. I purchased a 720 G2 for my son in 2022. Had nothing but feed problems. Sometimes it would work, other times it would jam. September 2023, I took him on the PA youth duck hunt, and the jam-o-matic was back. He could only fire a single round hand loaded in the chamber.
We got home and took the thing apart, found the magazine tube had a dent in it that could only be seen after taking the gun completely down. I contacted CZ, spoke to a nice young lady, and they sent me some parts.
Unfortunately, the parts sent had nothing to do with the problem. I called back and spoke to a gentleman, this time I have his email. I sent him a picture of the parts I needed and asked where to mail the wrong ones back to. He said keep them and they will get the correct ones out to me. This was in October 2023.
Since the last conversation, I have not heard anything from them or received parts. Has anyone else had issues like this or know where I can order parts? Numerich and brownells does not have them.
