Help identifying possible CZ 1945 Magazine dimensions
« on: January 28, 2024, 06:57:28 PM »
Hi folks,  I have what I suspect is a CZ 45 magazine, but I am not entirely sure.  Can anyone help me with identifying this accurately?
I dont know how to include attachments, so I have included measurements as follows:

Width: 9.04mm
Length: 24.81 mm
Height at the spine from the mag floor plate to the top sides: 74mm

Anyone able to whip out a micrometer and check their CZ 45 for me?

My CZ45 was sold to me with a magazine that was slightly too short to feed rounds. I finally found some that work (I test with 25 app snap caps).

I've found the best way to define magazine dimensions is to trace on grid ruled graph paper and label the unambiguous dimensions. This helps to define the slope of the mag. Remember the time frame of manufacturer with regard to manufacturing tolerances. That is, CLOSE will probably work.

See below (graph paper grid is 1/4")
