Hello,

I just noticed that my PCR has one lug, while my SP01 and 75B have two lugs on the barrel. I am used to two lugs on my 1911s and BHP 9mm, and three lugs on the BHP .40S&W version.

With one lug in the PCR, am I right that I should avoid any +P ammo, and stick to standard velocities/pressures?

Just thinking of implications of having 1/2 the locking lug connections for long term durability.

The number of locking lugs has zero to do with the max chamber pressure in the gun. The Compact CZ's PCR, 75B Compact, P-01 etc. All have one lug due to being shorter barrels. CZ's can all handle +p ammo per CZ but as with any higher pressure round they recommend a limited diet. This is true for all CZ's and most other guns as well. The higher the pressure the faster the wear. No matter what it is or who made it.
