It’s March 8 and they’re still down.

Whatever they’re doing, I hope they get it fixed and make it a useable webstore — it’s been pretty kludgy and frustrating to try to use for the last couple of years after the last “upgrade.”

It's the 7th. Tomorrow Friday is the 8th. We'll see if they actually get back up and running on time. I called on Wednesday the 6th to inquire about one of my P10C's they have had for 6 weeks now for warranty work and the rep claimed he couldn't get any info on anything till the new site is up and his sole job has been to tell people that the past few weeks.
I'm quickly losing faith at this point and wonder if I'll see my gun again. Not a good look at all for CZ.

LOL - Well, I’m always ahead of schedule!

Yeah, I’m hearing that the new Colt-CZ management has been laying off a lot of folks at CZ-USA in KC…does not bode well.

You really think CZ is just going to keep your p10c?

Last year HK's system went down. No phone calls and emails. Any gun they had for repair was in limbo and the same with orders. I don't recall the HK crowd thinking they were going to get screwed over.

Keep my gun ? No I didn't say that. There's alot of confusion going on at CZ these days and I think things get lost in the system when they do things like this. When a rep can't even pull up an RMA# that's been in the system for weeks that does not bode well. They end up backlogged just trying to update things. Things do get lost when companies do this. They can regain my confidence by getting my warranty claim processed and back to me which at this point is over their self stated time frame. I know dealers who are selling down their CZ stock and not planning on replenishing it in the future due what's going on so CZ has some hard work to do now.

I am becoming nervous.  Have a p01 Omega.  Been looking to add a p07 or PCR.  Not finding them, or when I do, inflated prices. Obviously no supply to meet demand.

I hear speculation about regenerating SKU numbers or what not, but only guesses.

I wish something definite comes from CZ explaining what exactly is going on.  Do I purchase an "inflated" pistol now because I will not see it again, or wait for the next shipment?

P07 have been out there for awhile now and being sold cheap. CZ comes in batches.

Keep an eye out on reddit gundeals. As soon as family firearms and dahlonega armory have a CZ in stock for low prices the reddit crowd goes into a frenzy buy. Just recently the shadow 2 was under $900.

Just for reference, this was what they were selling for.

Thanks for the tips.  Been thinking of a P07 as a companion to my P01.

It’s March 11 now and the Webstore is still down. This is becoming the “new normal” for COLT-cz Group management:  SNAFU.

ETA: message on CZ USA now says the Webstore is down until March 15. 🙄

As far as HK is concerned, they make no bones about the fact that they don’t give a bleep about their civilian customers, and the sycophantic / masochistic fanboi customers will tolerate anything from HK Almighty.

I hate to see the once great CZ customer service going the way of HK and Sig. I couldn’t care less about Colt.

The Webstore is back up and running, but it’s still just as lame and kludgy as it was before. There are still no significant Bren 2 parts available.  Most of the time, when you use one of their search terms (say, “extractor” or “ejector spring,” etc.) it comes back and says “We can’t find the item you’ve selected.” This is using CZ’s own search terms, mind you, not even an “out of stock” to back order. I guess that tells you how unobtainable even basic, essential Bren 2 parts are. Ridiculous!!!

On the “partsfinder,” even if you find pistol parts that CZ actually stocks from time to time, you can only search for one part at a time. Then you have to go all the way back to the beginning and start over to search for another part, whether it’s in stock or not. Tedious!!!

Works fine for me. I choose "pistol" and then "bren" and the parts pop up. Then I go back and choose a different model gun and the parts show up for that. Nothing tedious on my end.

It’s not working well for me at all. The parts pop up, but they don’t say what’s available, like it did a couple of years ago. I have to pick each part individually, which is a pita.

And what parts do you see for the Bren 2 that are actually in stock?
