First thing that comes to mind is to be sure your hammer disconnector pin is not inadvertently backing out. It should be friction fit or staked so that it’s flush with the pin hole at all times

would have to say one of the #9 pins used for the disconnector. it not staked it can move and stick the hammer and bind up the action. Make sure both pins are staked in the hammer.
I think in order to be able to confirm this is the problem you are going to have to pull he sear cage out. This is fairly straight forward but can be daunting the first time you do it. If you aren't comfortable gunsmithing, then I would take it back to the gunsmith in the current state.Cheers,Toby
Apparently I had been using a tad bit too much oil on the frame and side rails.
