P07 Decocker coming out while firing.

So I have a brand new P07 that I've only had a couple months, put roughly 100 rounds through her. The last 2 times I've shot, after firing 1-2 rounds, the decocker on the left side is sticking out about half an inch, causing the pistol to not fire. Pushing decocker back into frame makes firing possible again, but very frustrating. I've spent countless hours searching forums and whatnot, and cannot find another instance or example of this problem. Next time this happens I'll get some pictures for more clairty. I am totally baffled as to why this is happening, and is very discouraging as this is my edc pistol. Gun is factory stock, no upgrades other than a surefire. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Wasn't sure it was a defect or what. Can't find anything about it. How long of a process is that? This is the only pistol I currently have.

It's only happened twice and goes right back to normal like nothings wrong. Been working long hours and just haven't taken the time to get on the phone to CZ. Figured I'd post here to get some input.

Several years ago some of the P01 Omega pistols had a similar issue.  I don't think I ever read a post/thread where anyone discovered the real reason.  I had switched both of mine to safeties and never had the issue.  Only the decocking levers seemed to have that issue.  Some people sent them back to CZ to be fixed/replaced and others sold or traded their P01's in and bought something else.

If you figure it out please come back and let the forum know.  I'm still curious about the reason.  With all the pieces in place that shouldn't be able to happen

Thank you for the input. Like I said, I as well have never seen any solution or cause, or even another thread with the same issue. I will contact CZ and see what they say. I will ask for an explanation so we all know lol.

Not P07, but my friend's TS had the same issue with the left side safety coming off. I had to file the notch for the sear spring in the safety a little deeper. It took very little time and effort. Once the notch was deep enough, the sear spring leg on the safety held the safety firmly in place, and didnt face any issue for hundreds of rounds.
In fact, I could pull the safety out of the slide with just a little bit of force, even with the detent installed. You should probably check if you can also pull out the decocker once its fully inserted.

I checked the p07 parts diagram, as I have not worked on the internals of this pistol, and there seems to be a notch in both the decocker and the safety for P07, in identical spots, which could be for the sear spring to hold it in place. Could be the reason for the problem, specially if the safety does not walk out while shooting, or cannot be pulled out with hand as easy as the decocker.

At 5:30 in the video, it mentions the decocking spring, not sear spring, in the P07 that hold the decocker in its place by having one of its legs in the notch on the left side decocking lever. Seems like the decocking lever might need replacement.
It could also be more complicated if the ejector that also holds the decocker in its place has an issue, specially if the safety lever also behaves similarly.
I am sorry, but this is the best I could figure out and share.

Did you take apart the gun or did this occur on its own without being taken down?

Check the spring leg and make sure it is in the detent on the decocker tab.  Check out this video to see how it is suppose to be.  If installed correctly, contact cz

Did you take apart the gun or did this occur on its own without being taken down?

Pistol has never been taken down. I've literally put maybe 75-100 rounds through it. Haven't even cleaned her yet, and when firing, the decocker is coming out of frame. Pushing decocker back into frame allows firing to continue.
