Small Holosun on a full sized pistol slide

This is an M&P, I know. 

We talk about the K series Holosuns (and similar narrower dot optics) for the CZ75 pistols .  We know how much the bigger dot optics hang over the sides of the P07/P09 and similar width slides.

My most recent milling/dot optic gun is an older M&P 1.0 sub compact .40 S&W.  Had a used slide milled for a K series Holosun and refinished in satin nickel.  I'm loving the look of the narrower K series optic on the wider slide.  I also like how much clearer the larger MOA sight is for my eyes.

Who did the mill work on your slide?

If the 507k works for you, that’s great, less bulk to carry. With my aging eyes, the larger 507c works better, especially with the PA ACSS reticle.
