Here is a video of Wednesday's range visit, didn't clean or touch the gun after the Tuesday session. Same ammo, range lane. Overcast again but the wind was up. I didn't think it would make any difference but I was wrong. When I stopped on Tuesday, the groups were still a little left but not enough to go "one click right" as that would have just moved the groups to the right of center. So, I expected to see the groups maybe an inch or two further to the left, but I was having some blurry sight pictures and that may have exaggerated the movement to the left. Also, the dot didn't appear round, rather it was elongated vertically, so I chose to try to hold with the bottom of the dot at the bottom edge of the bullseye rather than try to center the dot in the center of the bullseye.
The first 20 rounds were a little frustrating as I was surprised that everything seemed different from Tuesday, yet I hadn't changed anything. Here is the video of the second 20 rounds, with a happy ending.
https://youtu.be/EZV-PUZBw2MIt looks like mentally I got frustrated, then settled down and dealt with what I could see, and the groups tightened up. I think the vision problem is most likely due to allergies. I forgot to take an antihistamine before going to the range, and my vision wasn't perfect even when not viewing through the red dot lens. In other words, shooter problem. ... As always.
That's it for me this week. I'm going to shoot steel guns next week unless I get my three trigger bars from CZ-USA.
This is fun. This is not easy. Sometimes, it's frustrating even.
