Chamber polish - how to?

I have an FTE (Failure to Eject) problem and I saw this video as a solution.
I have tried 50 things before and none of them helped.
What tools do I need, I assume a Dremel?
Which attachments to use and where to buy them?

Flitz polish (or equiv), bore mop (or equiv) & Dremel tool (or equiv)
