I took the 97B"E" to the local 100 yard rifle range on both Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Tuesday was a zero-in and trigger re-learning day after months with the striker guns. Wednesday was a great day with my favorite steel bullseye match gun.

He has a military background and is quite knowledgeable on the rifles, especially .308 and AR-15's. He runs a fine but small pistol/rifle range and holds classes there also. I'd like to claim that I showed I could still shoot under the pressure of having a very experienced shooter looking over my shoulder, but Tony really wasn't much pressure. I was actually very happy that he was interested in watching me. When he left to tend to his customers in the nearby pistol bay I slacked off a little...and it showed on the next target.
