Anxiously waiting for my CA ten day waiting period to be over so I can pick up my new redhead.  If you're using one now, please post your feedback on this shotgun.  Thank you!

I have no experience with the redhead version, but I recently bought the mallard version in 20 gauge, it seems to work fine. Takes a bit to get used to two triggers as opposed to the single trigger (selective barrel)
on my Traditions. I used it recently at an informal trap shoot, everyone else who "borrowed" seemed to like it  too.

Well you've already received and shot your redhead by now but I just received redhead deluxe a couple days ago. Visually everything is great, wood looks nice, fit is way nicer then guns lower in price such as stoeger and competitive with guns higher in price like the ruger red label and franchi and some veronas. The engraving is machine and not the finest ever but I'm not teribly concerned with that and it looks fine at arm's length. The gun locks up extremely tight but after 75 rounds at the skeet field yesterday it opens up great, ejectors are fantastic. I love that the safety doesn't reset everytime you open and close the breech. The ejectors only attempt to eject the spent round so you can top off without having to reset both ejectors (i believe a problem on stoegers). the gun feels great,  shot great. I have absolutley no complaints about this gun as of 100 rounds. I'll put it through some thanksgiving paces and we'll see what happens. But I would recomend this to anyone not ready to step into the 1500+ O/U price range.
