I have climbed to the summit of my gun cabinet and retrieved and dusted off my trusted old Slavia 620. She was a powerful old girl in her day, but has seen better days. After lending it to a friend, who neglected to show her the attention she deserved, she gave me a little back chat when I attempted to fire off a few pellets on the weekend.
I remember trying to find spring kits for this model a few years back without any luck. I was wondering if there are any fellow South Africa Slavia enthusiasts that have managed to source said kits? I know that the 630 replace the 620 and would like to know if the parts are interchangeable? The exploded diagram of the 630's components looks identical to those of the 620.
One last question, would any one be able to tell me the manufacturing year of the rifle? I think that I have the correct information, serial number is 609083.
