That's hot.

Yours?  Looking for comments on the Nils;  doesn't seem like very many people run them.  They were my favorite grips when I ran Sigs, but can't find anyone with them on a CZ.  Talked to one guy with them, and he said they are about the same size as the factory units, with a little more pronounced palm swell.  Certainly look good.

Wouldn't mind getting a can for my 22's....   Maybe if I can get my other projects going that will be the next thing I do.

Not my gun in the picture, but I've got one identical to it. Same Nill grips and Gemtech MultiMount. I went with Gemtech because it was the lightest and one of the smallest suppressors that my local class III gun shop carried. The Nill grips are worth every penny if you ask me. I was a big fan of the rubber grips that game with the gun as well. However, after trying out the Nill grips, I didn't think twice about putting the rubber grips back on.

I did business directly with the company in Germany. I've got to say, their customer service is amazing! I was confused because some of their pictures were outdated on their website, and they explained everything that I wanted to know to me. The grips in the picture is the model number CZ0358, which I got for $120. That was when the US dollar was weaker than it is today. Now you can get a pair for $105.

I go to the shooting range a good bit, and it's become common for people to ask me what gun I have every time I go. You don't see that many CZs in the States. It seems all I see at the range nowadays are Glocks and Springfield XDs. I'm happy with my P-01.

Cool cool.  Ultra-nice setup.  You running a factory '75 barrel for the suppressor setup, or something else?

So you've used the factory rubber grips?  Tried any of the others (cocobolo, Angus aluminum)?

How would you compare/contrast them as far as size/shape goes?  I wear a size large glove, and the factory cocobolos are the most comfortable grips for the fullsize/compact CZ's IMO.

I've wanted a set for a while, but have been afraid to pull the trigger on them because I haven't found anyone who can really compare them to anything else.  Nils aren't cheap, though I imagine you could sell them pretty easy if you didn't like them.

I imagine that if I ever had to sell my gun (which will never happen) that the Nills will help improve the price, even if the buyer was unaware of their value. The grips are almost identically shaped as the rubber grips. The back appears to be 100% identical to the rubber grips, so it fills in perfectly. Also, the Nills are much lighter than the rubber grips, which were surprisingly heavier that I thought. You just can't get a better looking and more perfect cut anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Still, I can understand how it's hard to spend ~$120 on two small pieces of wood.

I placed an order for those Nill-grips (direct @ Germany)...   they've got me hypnotised.....  ;)

I expect them very soon.... (Germany is our neighbour-country.... so shouldn't take long for them to come by mail).

RDJONESKU...

That's a nice setup. Looks like Major Malfunction's Bryon Gaston's piece. What thread pattern did you use? I'm guessing 13.5 - 1 LH metric with the suppressor's booster indexing on the muzzle. I have been advised that this is a better alternative to the conventional 1/2 - 28 RH tpi as 0.002" doesn't provide a sufficient shoulder to index off of. My SWR Trident 9 has an LCD threaded 1/2 - 28 & I'm thinking of getting one in 13.5 - 1 for my CZ-75B stainless.

TIA
