Rounding the trigger guard

Does anyone know of a good smith in South Florida that could round the trigger guard on a polished stainless model 75B?
In addition, about how much should I expect to pay for the mod?

I don't know about a gunsmith, but I rounded the trigger guard myself. Took about 1.5 hours. So I would guess a smith might charge you about $50.00 or so. You might consider doing it yourself. It is really not hard.
Here's my stainless 75B with rounded trigger guard, old style trigger and pre-B hammer.
Best regards.

Craig,
Thanks, you did a great job and it turned out really well. Did you use a dremel tool on the trigger guard
and cutting oil? In addition, did you have to buff or polish it afterwards?
Thanks,
Ed

Hi Ed;
I actually used a bench grinder for roughing the shape, (you may not want to do this unless you are pretty good with a grinder). Then files and sandpaper. I finished the triggerguard with a ScotBrite pad that gave me an almost perfect match to my matte SS finish.
While I had the pistol disassembled, I put in the oldstyle trigger and spur hammer.
Best regards.

Wow, that trigger guard looks MUCH better. Nice job. I'll be doing that on a 97B prior to a nickle plate refinish.
