Well...this is what happened next.  The original link just goes right to their main webpage.  If you search for 'CZ SP-01 Tactical' you will get to a page with a lot of CZ options.  Several links have the word 'tactical' in them:

http://www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com/item.aspx?PID=69829&SR=1

http://www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com/item.aspx?PID=56616&SR=1

The two above clearly show a regular SP-01 (not the Tactical).  Then if you go down a couple of links you find another tactical:

http://www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com/item.aspx?PID=56615&SR=1

This is the original page (a few posts ago by Springerfanatic) and it clearly shows the Tactical.  So, it appears that there are several different links showing different SP-01's - both the regular and the Tactical.  Their website is not very clear...the word 'tactical' is used as both an adjective and a noun.

The one I ordered is the only one shown with a decocker in the picture. Seeing how all the other SP01's show a pistol with a safety I find it inexcusable for them to not show one with a safety on the item I purchased. The customer service supervisor and I argued for about it on the phone for like 30min a week are so ago. She kept saying "Sir we clearly show in the description that it is the model with the safety by providing you the model number". I asked her if she saw a picture of a Chevy Corvette online for sale for $23,000 and bought it and was sent a Cobalt would she THEN be at fault for not checking the VIN#.... She still got a Chevy  ;)
She offered me free shipping on my next order... NOT including any of the $4k I have on back order. What BS
