I wish I knew more about what the particular parts are called. The Kadet slide would not come back all the way. So the gun would not cycle correctly. It looked like the Kadet could be modified for the decocker models.
My old Kadet ran fine on my old PCR. There are no differences in the slide assemblies between the decocker & safety models.
I think the issue with your Phantom is that it's a Phantom, not that it's a decocker. My suspiscion is that the steel insert in the polymer frame is different than standard steel or alloy frames at the back end...
