It is becoming next to impossible to make this purchase.  I contacted CZ-USA directly and they told me that they have plenty of 75B Stainless models on hand but when I find a local dealer who is willing to try to get one for me, CZ-USA won't sell them one because they're not "authorized dealers".  I finally managed to find a somewhat local dealer who is an authorized dealer.  Another thing that has become an issue is that MD many years ago adopted the "Fired Cartridge" law so that throws another wrench into the works.

With any luck this authorized dealer that I found can get one for me.  You know it kills me, I served in the military for 20 years, I just retired last year, where I swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, which I did and now that I am retired and want to purchase a weapon to protect my family, states like MD are making it more and more difficult to do that.  Frustrating isn't the word.

One more thing.  When I do finally get one I want to put Crimson Trace laser grips on it but the ambi-safety I know is going to be an issue.  I've seen elsewhere that some folks have the right side removed.  Is this something that I should have done at CZ-USA before the ship it?

Is anyone on here using the laser grips?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you can get the right side of the ambi safety removed please post how it was done.  I tried with the SP-01 Shadow and quickly foound out it is just not a case of removing the safety itself.  In fact I spent $100 to have a 'smith put the bleep thing back together again.  I, in my infinite wisdom, sent a spring off into outer space (my gun room) where it resides to this day.

ClarkstonCZ  had CZ USA modify the right side of double safety on CZ 75 stainless to accomodate the laser grips.  It can be done at CZ USA for sure.   Call them and speak to gunsmith.

I bought my stainless at THE GUN RACK, LTD off Rte 198 in Burtonsville, MD.  It is the Matte Stainless with the flat Ducktail.  They had it in stock, and they had replaced it with another when I went to pick-up my gun 10 days later.  I have contemplated picking-up that one as well, as I really love this gun.  They have a large selection of CZs in stock, as well as other guns.  The price was $679, and since this was my first gun, I never even thought to try to bargain the price down, so I don't know if I could've got it cheaper.

Good luck.  You will love this gun.

I bought two stainless CZ's in MD by having manofsteele on this forum ship them to my dealer.

The problem with having one shipped to MD from out of state is I have to get lucky and find one with a factory fired cartridge.  This is what I've been running in to when I found one in another state.

I'll try the place in Burtonsville to see if they can get me one.

Thanks!
