GOA has an article on her anti gun record. If she is confirmed, it will be bad for us someday. I guess it could be worse, but by record she seems to be not only antigun, but staunch feminist and rascist too. At least according to her comments by being hispanic and a woman she is smarter than a white man.

We are not going to get a conservative either way, but wouldn't it drive the Libs nuts if the "savior" put up a Pro-Lifer?

She is rabidly anti-gun, so much so that she would pay no attention to the fact that precedent has been set in the Heller case - she would no doubt vote to overturn it.  If she is confirmed, one more anti-gun Supreme Court Justice is all that would be needed to overturn the decision and nullify the 2nd Amendment!

Her own statements and writings leave no doubt that she is a judicial activist, who has absolutely no qualms about 'legislating from the bench'.

A little off topic for this forum but theres is no way in he11 she is pro-life. The one ruling she sided with pro-lifers was on an indisputable technicality, not for any worldview.

If appointed she will spend her life as a member of the Supreme Court. That is until she dies of old age or retires. This will change decisions made on the Supreme Court not only for us but our kids. I don't even want to think of the implications. Hang up your guns!

While some may believe that this appointment cannot be defeated, how will you really know unless you try?  The Slavish Government Media wants you to believe that this appointment is not contestable.  Do not give in to their undue influence, great, though it may be.  You have truly lost, if you believe that you have.  Have Faith and fight as though your life depends upon it, because it does.

For now, put pen to paper and write or call their local office!
