VZ-61
« on: July 04, 2009, 03:36:50 PM »
Two companies carry this little gem, Czechpoint and CZ-USA. it is faithful to the original, meant as a weapon for tank crews and security services. Now, .32ACP doesn't seem like much of a bullet nowadays, but that was considered a decent round in Eastern Europe.  ;D
Anyone have one, pics, range report, etc?

I built one too. Just like tf34mech.

I have taken it to the range 3 times.

I can tell you this: THIS LITTLE GUN IS FREAKIN FUN!

By far the fastest semi-auto I have ever fired. People at the range think it is full auto.

The trigger pull is so slight that you can get off 20 rounds in the time my SP-01 could fire about 8.

It is accurate. I haven't shot further than 25 yards. But from 15 yards almost every shot was in the black even at rapid fire.

The only problem from the build was I get a slight hang-up on the barrel while the round is chambering. sometimes causing a FTF issue. But I feel that is working itself out, as it is becoming less frequent the more I shoot.

I just refinished the mil-surp parts with a matte black duracoat. I will post pic's when I get an opportunity.

If you aren't up to building one CDNN Sports has them for sale for $499.99.

Do you have to be a dealer to get that price?

How much did they charge for shipping?

I have a d-teknik that CZ-USA sold.  I like it but have only put a box thru it.  I got about 2-3 inch groups at 20 yards and I've got 200 rounds of prvi-partizan to dispose of a some sellier & bellot I'll sit on.
