new CZ 75 SP-01 TACTICAL owner
« on: July 14, 2009, 07:45:39 PM »
Hello all.

A new owner here.... I just picked up a lightly used Tactical for a song ($440 + shipping with all paperwork, case, 2 - 18rd mags, and night sites).   I've been searching for one for quite awhile now and think I did quite well.

I've never fired a CZ in my life. I generally shoot Berettas, but also enjoy the HK P7 line as well.  I've owned _every_ glock 9mm and sold them. Nothing wrong with them, just not for me. My favorite Beretta is a 92G-SD.

That aside, I have held a SP-01 and loved the ergos of the gun.  I am quite excited to shoot the gun and learn more about the CZ brand.

Sound like I might need to get some more mags.  I always like to have at least 4 on hand!

Also, does anyone care to share their favorite type of wooden grips?

Thanks!
Steve

Can't share first hand experience re: wood grips but several here really like the CZ brand cocobolo (sp?) wood grips for their CZs.

Looking forward to your range report.

You may want to take a look at Marschal Grips:

or OMEGA Grips:

There are others.
